Our Daughter’s Wedding is an American band formed in 1979 and originally composed of Layne Rico, Keith Silva and Scott Simon.
The same Silva and Rico that we will find before in a band called 'Human Bends'.
A first Single "Nightlife" was released a year later in 1980, a single that will unfortunately go somewhat unnoticed...
Which is not the case for the next one "Lawnchairs", a sSngle taken from their mini-album "Digital cowboy" which will experience a nice success that year and which will remain as their highest ranked Single of all.
Their first real album "Moving windows" comes out the following year in 1982, an album with limited success to say the least.
A poor performance from which the band will not recover and which will end up breaking up shortly after.
Which will not prevent them from coming back almost 30 years later with a new opus.
